Dr Catherine Ash   

GP Senior Partner

Mb Chb MRCGP DRCOG DFFP (Leicester,1991)

Dr Ash joined the practice in August 1995. She is a GP Partner and the Clinical Director for the PCN: Trent Care Network. Dr Ash is also our safeguarding lead. She offers a full range of general practice care and also supervises the training clinicians.

Dr Nicholas Bigwood

BSc (Hons) 2009, MBChB (2012) University of Bristol , MRCGP 2018

Dr Bigwood joined the practice in September 2018 as a salaried GP. He offers a full range of general practice care on a full time basis. Dr Bigwood also offers minor surgery and joint injection clinics.

Dr Katarzyna Broad

Dr Broad joined the practice in May 2017 as a salaried GP. She offers a full range of general practice care on a part time basis. Dr Broad joined us as part of the international recruitment scheme.

Dr Roxanna Dudas-Alexe

Dr Dudas-Alexe joined us in September 2021 as a salaried GP. She offers a full range of medical services on a part-time basis.

Dr Jennifer Stone

MBChB nMRCGP BMedSC (Birmingham)

Dr Stone joined us in May 2021 as a salaried GP. She offers a full range of medical services on a part-time basis.

Dr Peter Hughes

MBChB (2007) B.Sc MRCGP,

Dr P Hughes MBChB (2007) B.Sc MRCGP, studied at the University of Sheffield. He joined our GP team in 2023.

Dr Victor Chibiko

Dr Chibiko joined the practice in August 2025 as a salaried GP. He offers a full range of general practice care.

Pharmacists

We have two house pharmacists who undertake medication reviews, flu and covid clinics, HRT and Pill reviews and deal with a lot of general enquiries.

Obaid Khan

Obaid joined our practice in November 2021 as a Pharmacist. Obaid is offering medication reviews, these can be booked online through patient triage. They can be face to face or through a telephone consultation. Both pharmacists also perform the pill checks.

Usman Ghani

Usman joined our practice in November 2025 as a Pharmacist. Usman is offering medication reviews, these can be booked online through patient triage. They can be face to face or through a telephone consultation. Both pharmacists also perform the pill checks.

Remote Clinical Pharmacist Team

Our remote pharmacy team offer telephone medication reviews.

Nurses

We have a great team of nurses who provide a wide range of services between them.

Gemma

Gemma joined the practice in 2022. She offers a wide range of nursing services and has previous experience in District nursing. 

Jessica 

Jessica joined the practice in 2022. She offers a range of nursing services and has previous Secondary Care experience.

Jemma

Jessica joined us in 2026. She offers a range of nursing services.

Health Care Assistants

Our health care assistants are our primary blood takers. They take part in annual reviews, annual bloods, ECG's, dopplers and the list goes on!

Phlebotomy Team

Barbara, Aleta & Anna hold daily blood clinics.

First Contact Practitioners (FCP's)

Our First Contact Practitioners service is provided by registered health professionals who are the first point of contact for patients with Musculoskeletal problems. They can help patients with musculoskeletal issues such as back, neck and joint pain by:

  • assessing and diagnosing issues
  • giving expert advice on how best to manage their conditions
  • referring them onto specialist services if necessary.

Clinics are on a Tuesday & Thursday each week.
