Important Update: The Glebe Practice, Saxilby, Treatment Room Service
We would like to inform you of an important change to the Treatment Room service currently provided by The Glebe Practice, Saxilby. The current service is now provided by Lincolnshire Community Health Services, Treatment Room Assessment Clinic, Pottergate, Gainsborough.
Why is this Change Happening?
The Glebe Practice have taken the decision to cease provision of the Treatment Room service by giving notice to the Commissioner – Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board.
The Integrated Care Board have been working hard to find suitable alternative provision. Arrangements have now been put into place for the service to be delivered by Lincolnshire Community Health Services.
What This Means for You?
From 25 February 2026 onwards, if you require Treatment Room care, you will need to attend the Treatment Room Service at Pottergate Clinic, Gainsborough. We are working to ensure a smooth transition for all patients.
It is appreciated that this additional travel may present some patients with a problem. The following support with transport may be available to you.

Patients who require Treatment Room services can contact Lincolnshire Community Health Service Single Point of Access Telephone line
